Improvements featured in these panels include three bus bars, improved contact between the cell and metal fingers to improve the electrical flow, and made-to-fit cables and multiple grounding points for easy installation. In addition, REC modules have an industry leading energy payback time of one year thanks to their unique silicon production process which uses 80 to 90 percent less energy than traditional methods.
