The Xantrex XW 60 Charge Controller is Xantrex's premier, high amperage MPPT Charge Controller. The Xantrex XW-60 features real time Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) system, which ensures your solar array is operating at its peak power point regardless of age, shading or environmental conditions. The XW-60 is also versatile thanks to the 60 amp DC output current rating for 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 VDC battery banks.

The XW Solar Charge Controller can be installed in single or multi-unit configurations with Xantrex XW Hybrid Inverter/Charger(s) or can be used in other solar energy systems where a solar charge controller is needed. Best news of all is the XW-60's wide range DC input of up to 150 Volts Open Circuit. This feature allows the controller to automatically adjusts a high voltage solar array to a lower voltage battery, saving you money by reducing the size of wire required and making the installation simpler and faster. No longer do will you need to match your solar array to your battery bank's voltage.
