| How much is freight? |

Domestic Orders
SimpleRay is also simplifying freight with our SimpleFreight flat-rate structure. There is no need to get a quote!
Our SimpleFreight, no hassle freight pricing starts at $119 for shipping to any Commercial Address within the Continental United States, and shipping to a Residence is just $40 more. Need a lift? Liftgate Service for either residential deliveries or to commercial addresses also only adds just $40. So whether you need a handful of panels or a handful of pallets, freight will always be calculated fairly and simply.
Shipping rates are pre-calculated before checkout for orders within the Continental U.S.
For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or any other destination, please contact us for specific freight costs.
International Shipping Now Available!
SimpleRay has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.
Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

We ship all products able to ship via parcel service to any destination worldwide, unless otherwise specified in the product description. All shipping charges include shipping insurance, residential delivery and any distributor or retailer handling charges.
All freight shipment charges to anywhere in the continental U.S. are based on the size or weight of the total order, and also include shipping insurance, and lift-gate or residential delivery as specified when the order is placed (selections are subject to verification). For international freight deliveries, please contact us for a quote or special instructions.
Shipping costs for non-freight items are listed in the shopping cart and are based upon the weight, total order amount, and destination of the order. For freight shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations, feel free to contact us for a quote. | What shipping method do you use? |

SimpleRay ships from various warehouses around the country, and may ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS or freight carriers. During your order checkout, you will be able to select from various delivery times, depending on the size of your order. You get to choose the shipping speed that works best for you during the checkout process. Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via the most economical method available. For large orders, we may contract a freight carrier to provide you with the most affordable shipping. SimpleRay reviews every order to make sure it gets shipped the safest and fastest way possible.
Given the size and value of renewable energy products, SimpleRay includes insurance on all shipments. |

Returns for all items must first receive an RMA number, issued by our customer service department. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of
purchase, and must be shipped at the buyer's expense. |
| What is your return policy? |

All return requests must be authorized by SimpleRay within 30 days of purchase, based on the date shipped.
If you received damaged items upon receipt, they can be replaced. All non-damaged returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase, and must be shipped at the buyer's expense. We recommend you insure your return item, as SimpleRay will not provide credit for good products damaged being returned. Please contact us for an RMA number to complete the return process.
