International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  International Shipping Now Available!

SimpleRay has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option.

Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the International Checkout page.  Your order will ship shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  All return requests must be authorized by SimpleRay within 30 days of purchase, based on the date shipped.  If you received damaged items upon receipt, they can be replaced. All non-damaged international returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  International orders must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase, and must be shipped at the buyer's expense.  We recommend you insure your return item, as SimpleRay will not provide credit for good products damaged being returned.
